This class is a great introduction into yoga. We will focus on the breath as we move mindfully through each pose. Every class ends with a short meditation.
This class is a little more fast paced then traditional Hatha Yoga. We will prioritize linking breath with movement as we move through each pose.
If you want to join more then one class, book 3 classes and save
Pre pay and join as many classes as you like for the month of September! Class pass expires at the end of each month.
