The first Saturday of every month, Find peace and balance with a Meditation and Reiki class. Learn to quiet your mind and release stress through guided meditation, followed by a gentle, hands on Reiki session to restore your energy. This unique offering is designed to help you relax, heal, and find your inner calm.
Meditation is an incredible tool to help you relax, recharge and reevaluate. We will gently move through breathing exercises to help prepare your body for meditation. Once we have settled in, I will guide you through one of many meditation exercises to help open your mind and calm your body. Great for special events.
