We will focus on linking breath with movement, hold our poses a little longer and try to bring out attention inwards, as always ending with our beautiful meditation
This class is a great introduction into yoga. We will focus on the breath as we move mindfully through each pose. Every class ends with a short meditation.

This option gives you 30 minutes one on one with me while we discuss what your intentions are for your practice. Once I understand what you are looking for I will create a personalized class unique to you!

Meditation is an incredible tool to help you relax, recharge and reevaluate. We will move through breathing exercises to help prepare your body for meditation. Once we have settled in, I will guide you through one of many meditation exercises to help open your mind and calm your body. Also great for groups or events!
