This online class is a great introduction into yoga. We will focus on the breath as we move mindfully through each pose. Every class ends with a short meditation. Please specify which class you would like to join in the notes
This class is perfect for any yogi that prefers to practice in a group setting. We will prioritize linking breath with movement as we move through each pose.

Meditation is an incredible tool to help you relax, recharge and reevaluate. We will move through breathing exercises to help prepare your body for meditation. Once we have settled in, I will guide you through one of many meditation exercises to help open your mind and calm your body. Also great for groups or events!
