Yoga means something different to everyone.
Some believe it is all about fitness, others think its all about relaxation.
I don't think yoga is about any one thing specifically.
To me, yoga is not about self improvement, it is about self acceptance.
There is no one size fits all when it comes to health and wellness. To be truly healthy I believe you really have to love yourself unconditionally, or at least try to :)
I am so fortunate to be a mother and a wife living in beautiful Prince Edward Island, Canada. My little family is constantly motivating me to be the best version of myself (and that shit isn't easy). Yoga has helped me to really love the person I am both inside and out.
My hope is to share this beautiful gift of yoga with as many as I can.
I offer a variety of online and in person classes, from seated meditations to full flows. All classes are designed for everyone from beginner and up
Some are motivated by others, and some prefer to go it alone. Discover what atmosphere works best for you
