Yoga means something different to everyone.
Some believe it is all about fitness, others think its all about relaxation.
I don't think yoga is about any one thing specifically.
To me, yoga is not about self improvement, it is about self acceptance.
There is no one size fits all when it comes to health and wellness. To be truly healthy I believe you really have to love yourself unconditionally, or at least try to :)
Yoga has helped me to really love the person I am both inside and out.
My hope is to share this beautiful gift of yoga with as many as I can through group, private, and personalized classes.
